| John & Linda Searle, Owners & Instructors We are a family run operation and the owners are John and Linda Searle. John is from Belize and has worked in the tourism industry and field of archaeology. His wife Linda is a native of the Catskill Mountains in Upstate NY and is a marine biologist active in the conservation of sea turtles and coral reefs. |

Eve Ackerman,
PADI Course Director
Eve became a PADI Course Director in
1993 and has conducted IDC's in English
and Spanish in Mexico, Guam, the
Dominican Republic and Belize. Her
special interest is marine ecology and
underwater photography, and her best
vacations are scuba diving!

| Paul Hyde Boat Captain & PADI Dive Master Paul has been working with Sea Sports Belize for about 5 years. While he is a trained PADI Divemaster, he has been working with us as our full-time boat captain. When Paul gets wet he has a great eye for spotting the macro marine life on the reef. |

| Jayson Camille Office Assistant Jayson has been working with Sea Sports Belize for almost 10 years! He started working part time with us on weekends and when he graduated from high school began working with us full time. You'll see Jayson when you come to our office at the beginning of your trip. with Sea Sports Belize part time for the
past 5 years. Jamani is currently
studying at university and works part
time as a dive instructor and

PADI Divemaster
Ernesto is a marine and land tour guide
who is very knowledgeable on all things
Belize! This former Belize Defence
Force soldier is very eager to show you
the magnificent coral reefs of Belize
and tell you all about them while you
are on a dive or snorkel with him!
Ernesto is currently working towards
becoming a PADI Scuba Instructor and
leads dives and snorkel trips.

| Herbert Eagan PADI Dive Master Herbie is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable marine and inland guide. He'll assist you in every way possible while your touring Belize with him! Herbie just recently became a PADI Divemaster and is already on his way to becoming an excellent scuba instructor. Herbie currently leads dive and snorkel trips and also guides inland trips. |
| Valentine Rosado PADI IDC Staff Instructor Valentine has worked full time for Sea Sports Belize but now only works part time as his full time job is Belize Field Manager for CORAL Reef Alliance. Projects that CORAL is involved with in Belize includes education of coral reef conservation, best practices for scuba Diving, Snorkeling & Boating, and they have also been instrumental in installing mooring buoys throughout Belize. |
| Nazha Romero PADI Assistant Instructor Nazha is a passionate marine guide who enjoys every dive or snorkel trip she goes on. She is a former Miss Belize and knowledgeable marine guide. Her enthusiasm is contagious and you will enjoy your trips when Nazha is your dive or snorkel guide! Nazha is working to become a PADI Scuba Instructor and leads dives and snorkel trips. |
